Voodoo is a conglomeration of beliefs & rituals that has evolved over time and continues to adapt to its surroundings. In 2010 that translates to creating a visual presentation for oneself that casts a spell over members of the opposite sex.

stingray was hired by the owners of the voodoo denim lounge to create a mysterious, intriguing, and completely unique store environment in which they would sell premium denim and other fashion apparel.

stingray's team conceptualized the visual identity, laid out the project plan, and implemented the transformation of a beige cinderblock rectangle into a rock-n-roll club. Everything is unique to this project – paint colors, fixture selection and manufacture, dressing room configurations, furniture selection and refinishing, fabric and chandelier selection, etc – right down to the custom 15' long bar stingray designed and had fabricated as the cash-wrap. And let's not forget the 4' high voodoo skull created in stingray's studio that is the centerpiece of the store's décor elements.
